Cash, money order, personal or business check, and PayPal accepted.

If using PayPal for office visit, must be pre-paid 72 hours in advance
of appointment.

All phone readings must be prepaid prior to scheduling.

50% advance deposit required to reserve dates for parties and events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and/or rescheduling 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment requested.

If less than 48 hours, rescheduling fee may apply along with pre-payment of the next scheduled appointment.

Exceptions may be allowed in cases of illness or true emergency. Please be considerate and reschedule a personal reading if afflicted with a contagious condition.

Nanci Rose reserves the right to reschedule readings due to personal illness or emergency. The work requires tremendous energy, and cannot be performed when the reader is overly fatigued, or unwell. Nanci Rose promises to deliver nothing less than her best. Clients will be rescheduled expediently.
